Testimonials

Heidi is an incredible therapist, she helped me navigate through my childhood traumas around my alcoholic parent. In my upper 20s I found out my fiancé was having an affair and I’m not sure I would have gotten through that difficult time in a healthy way without her. She uses conversation and many different styles of activities to open up new perspectives and ways to process difficult situations. Highly recommend Heidi to anyone who needs professional help.

Haley G.

Heidi helped me understand and process various traumas from my life, including betrayal trauma, with empathy while teaching me tools to manage triggers and gently challenging some of my thought processes. She also encouraged creative ways to process experiences such as drawing

Ashley P.

It’s hard to put into words how much my time with Heidi impacted me. She provided a space for healing, reminded me of truth, and pointed me towards hope during my darkest times. She helped to equip me to be able to walk through my emotions with a deep sense of calm and clarity. Most importantly she made me feel heard, valued, and deeply cared for.
