Heidi is an incredible therapist, she helped me navigate through my childhood traumas around my alcoholic parent. In my upper 20s I found out my fiancé was having an affair and I’m not sure I would have gotten through that difficult time in a healthy way without her. She uses conversation and many different styles of activities to open up new perspectives and ways to process difficult situations. Highly recommend Heidi to anyone who needs professional help.
Heidi helped me understand and process various traumas from my life, including betrayal trauma, with empathy while teaching me tools to manage triggers and gently challenging some of my thought processes. She also encouraged creative ways to process experiences such as drawing
It’s hard to put into words how much my time with Heidi impacted me. She provided a space for healing, reminded me of truth, and pointed me towards hope during my darkest times. She helped to equip me to be able to walk through my emotions with a deep sense of calm and clarity. Most importantly she made me feel heard, valued, and deeply cared for.
We are ready to help with life's most difficult issues.

We expect relationships to be built on trust, love and mutual respect. Few experiences create more pain, hurt, confusion and chaos than the shocking discovery of infidelity in a marriage or serious relationship.
If left untreated, betrayal trauma from infidelity creates intense emotions, memories and trauma that remains even years later.
Fighting sexual addiction attacks your self-worth and brings high levels of shame. Our specialized sexual addiction therapists help you understand what's really driving your behavior, leading you to peace and recovery.

After infidelity, why do some couples work it out and others don't?
The answer is in rebuilding the trust that has been broken through addressing the trauma symptoms, eliminating secrets, creating transparency and eliminating denial, and shame.
Mindfulness is a mental and therapeutic technique used by therapists. It purposefully focuses your awareness on the present moment, while calmly and without judgement acknowledging your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. As a person learns to become more mindful, they are able to cope more easily with everyday sufferings such as stress, anxiety or depression.
Mindfulness is a valuable tool for your lifelong personal toolbox; it can help put your circumstances into perspective, making them seem less daunting and more manageable.
